Refund & Cancellation Policy:
In the case of cancellation of travel / travel services due to any reasons, we should be informed about it in writing. The cancellation fee will be effective from the date received in writing, and the charges for cancellation will be as follows:

• 45 days or less before arrival: 10% of the tour/service cost
• 31 days or less before arrival: 60-75% of the tour/service cost, varies with hotels refund policies if hotels are booked with us, for Car Rental only we provide 100% refund
• 07 days or less before arrival: 100% of travel/service cost
• For High peak season Travel dates like Diwali, Christmas – New Year or long weekend travel dates, cancellation policy may vary according to hotel’s / service providers cancellation policies, same will be communicated in such case.
• For Train / Flight Tickets actual cancellation charges and our service charge will be applied.

Refund Turnaround Time:

In the case of cancellation, we will process cancellation with various service providers like Hotels, Flights etc, the processing time for the same is 3-4 working days from our end and time taken by providers to confirm the cancellation and initiate refund which may take another 5-6 working days, once we receive refunds form providers we will initiate the refund to given account or original method if possible which may take 2-3 working days from our end and time taken by receiving bank, so in total Refund Turnaround time is approximate 15-20 working days.
