Ahmedabad is the capital city of Gujarat and situated on the banks of the Sabarmati River. Kankaria Lake

It is the biggest lake in Ahmedabad and was constructed in the 15th century by Sultan Kutubuddin. It is one of the most famous picnic spots with food corners and lighted walkways. It is circular in shaped and has a garden too.

Sabarmati Ashram

This ashram was founded in 1915 and situated on the banks of Sabarmati River. Earlier it was the residence of Mahatma Gandhi and houses an auditorium, library and museum. It is also the starting point of historic Dandi March declared in 1930 for independence.

Auto World Museum

It has one of the biggest and largest automobile collections in India. From motorcycles to vintage cars are on display in this museum and was established by the Pranlal Bhogilal family.

Hathisingh Jain Temple

This temple was built by Seth Hathisingh in the year 1850. It is dedicated to Dharamnath – the 15th ‘Jain Tirthankar’. It is double storied building and made up of white marble.
